Today I visited 32 Inspired Southpark Dental Boutique and honestly had an amazing experience. The service was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I spoke with Dr. Lidiya, Lyuba, and Lena (sorry if I misspelled any names 😅), and they were all absolutely wonderful. You can truly feel that they care about people and provide a very high level of service. I also really appreciated that the clinic speaks not only English, but Ukrainian and Russian as well — that made the experience even more comfortable and personal for me. With great pleasure I give this clinic the highest rating possible. Thank you so much for the amazing work, professionalism, and outstanding service. Highly recommend to everyone!

Dr. Lydia and her staff are phenomenal. We have been going to them for years and have only phenomenal things to say. This is by far the best dentistry in Charlotte. I appreciate that Dr. Lydia does the cleaning herself. They are very thorough, and incredible with kids. Our two-year-old loved seeing Dr. Lydia and going to the dentist.

Dr. Lidia was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I’m so glad I ended up in her care. First of all, she takes the time to truly understand your dental concerns. Second, she is a real professional—she clearly explains what’s going on with your teeth, what the issues are, and what they could lead to if not treated. Third, she tells you honestly what needs to be done now and what can wait. That’s very valuable, especially when many dentists try to push unnecessary treatments. What impressed me the most was how much time and attention she gave me. Our consultation lasted about an hour, and at no point did I feel rushed. Dr. Lidia didn’t try to finish quickly or brush me off—instead, she explained everything in great detail, answered all my questions patiently, and spoke in a very clear and understandable way. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Dr. Lidia is very kind and experienced—and it shows. She genuinely wants to help and will never overcharge you. I highly recommend Dr. Lidia! Also, the front desk ladies—Elena and Inna—are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lidia’s assistant, Lyuba, is also clearly a professional. The whole team makes you feel comfortable an

Best dental office I’ve ever been to! The front desk staff is so kind and very easy to work with. Amber, my hygienist was absolutely amazing. Caring, warm, understanding and highly skilled. She explained everything and did an extremely thorough job. I’m an esthetician and am very detail oriented with my facials. I felt like my teeth had a facial or even a massage lol. Amber found some glue from an old retainer left on a tooth and removed that and also spied that I was grinding my teeth at night. So happy to be able to fix my morning jaw stiffness! Sr Smith was friendly as well. Seriously, I was relaxed. My entire family will be coming to this office. Love them and my teeth feel amazing! You’re in good hands coming to this office.
